Leasing Period
Unless otherwise specified, a standard tenancy agreement is set for 4 days from the day of pick-up. 20% of the total rental fee will be charged for each additional day of rental. (e.g. Pickup on 20 May; return latest by 23 May)

Pickup
at our Store:
We recommend users check if each equipment in order and match your request. Let our staff know if any equipment is broken or is malfunctioned. Once user signs and confirms on our delivery order, you agree the conditions of all our camping gears. If there is any discrepancy upon return, user should pay for the loss according to our standard retail price as compensation.

We recommend users to check if each equipment is in order and match your order within 3 hours of pickup. Please let our staff know if each equipment is broken or is not functioning well by the said time. If we are not contacted within 3 hours, we assume you agree all our camping gears works properly. If there is any discrepancy upon return, user should pay for the loss according to our standard retail price as compensation.
Deposit
All required deposit is specified on respective webpages; and confirmed on the delivery order. We will return in full if everything is clean, functioning normally and of the same condition when we pass them to users. Deposit will be returned within 3 days. (Please pay by Cash/ PayMe if you pickup at our store, and prepay by PayMe if other delivery method is chosen).

Order Cancellation/ Amendment
15% of total rental fee/ difference of loss would be charged as handling fee for any cancellation/ amendments within 3-7 days of pickup.
50% of total rental fee/ difference of loss would be charged as handling fee for any cancellation/ amendments on the day pickup (before we send you the products).
In the case of damage
User should use our gears properly and legally. Do not use the camping gears at unauthorized camp sites or legally.
For any damage, users must pay for the loss according to our standard retail price as compensation.
Return
User must ensure the condition and packaging of the gears are as the same standard when you return (including cookset and tents). Otherwise, we will charge a cleaning fee of HKD80per tent and HKD50 per cookset.
For any irreversible damage and dirt, users should compensate as loss. Please check if you have collected all your belongings when returning the gears. We shall not be liable to you for any loss and found.
Late Return
When user is unable to return the gears as scheduled, please contact us directly via WhatsApp/ Signal at the soonest. If we are not being contacted within 3 days of the scheduled return date, your personal data will be shared to respective government departments follow-up.
Bad Weather Arrangement
If there is expected typhoon or heavy rain within your rental period, please contact us at least 1 day before your scheduled pickup date. We will review case-by-case.
Privacy Statement
Decorum Tentals obtains personal data for the below purposes: apart from fulfilling personal privacy by law, we only use the information for our rental and retails-related services only.
If users are identified as “Late Return” from the above section, we may pass your full name, identity card number, email address, home address etc to respective government departments for follow-up.
Final Decision
Decorum Tentals holds the rights to review and amend the above terms and conditions; and/or provide addendum to particular instruction. In case of any dispute, Decorum Tentals reserves the absolute right of final decision.
Terms and Conditions Agreement
Users agree the above terms and conditions once you pay for the rental fee.
Return and Refund Policy
We offer free returns or exchanges within 7days of receiving your order if you find it damaged / broken. Please keep all receipts and original packaging and contact us immediately. We will check and send replacement to you after receiving the original goods. If the product is out of stock, refund will be made within 7 days.
All consumables, gas canisters, personal wears, free products are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Tent Washing Service
Cleaning and tent status
After cleaning, it cannot be guaranteed that it will be like a new product. For example, the tent itself has mold/oil stains, or grass and sand are attached to the wet/peeling sticky waterproof glue, so it is not guaranteed to be clean .
Only dealing with outer and inner tents, camp bones, camp nails and wind ropes, and camp mats will be charged separately (+$50-80).
Unable to handle inflatable or automatic nutrition
Pickup arrangement
Users need to wait 2 weeks after receiving Shanwen’s contact If the tent/canopy needs to be picked up internally, if the user picks up the tent/canopy on time, Shanwen will charge a storage fee of $10 per item per day.
