For those of us who cherish supplies, tent care is very important.
Starting from the maintenance of camping equipment, good cleaning can not only prolong the service life of camping equipment, but also prevent you from throwing away things lightly, which is environmentally friendly and saves money!

Tent (1-2 persons tent; the longest side of the inner tent is within 1.5m) $180ea

Note:
1. Heavy sand and mud, extremely wet camps need to be discussed separately. Severe odor will not be accepted.
2. The tent is calculated based on the standard yurt self-supporting tent, and other large tents with halls can be inquired individually
Time Required
Depending on the weather, it will be returned within about seven working days. If it is expected to exceed the deadline, it will be raised on the day of receiving the tent.
If the tent tent is retrieved urgently (that is, it needs to be retrieved within 3 days), an additional $100 emergency cleaning fee will be charged.
Processing method
Wipe with clean water, dry and fold.
Clean up sand, mud and dust.

How to place an order
Step 1
Whatsapp / Signal the following tent or tent information to 5974 9099 to complete the appointment.

Step 2
Bring the tent canopy (**not including camp pegs and guyropes) to the Lai Chi Kok studio during business hours. After a simple inspection on the spot, we will confirm the receipt of the camping gear by Whatsapp / Signal on the same day.
Step three
The tents/canopies will be temporarily stored in the mountain for cleaning; after cleaning is completed, we will contact the users.
Step Four
Users need to pick up the tent / tent within 2 weeks after receiving the notification.
Cleaning fee is paid upon pick-up of the tent/canopy.
Notes / Terms and Conditions
1. After cleaning, there is no guarantee that it will be like a new product. If the tent itself is moldy/oil stained, or grass and sand are attached to the dry/peeling/sticky waterproof glue, it cannot be guaranteed to be completely clean.
2. It is limited to the processing of the outer and inner tents, camp bones, camp nails and wind ropes, and there is an additional charge (+$50-80) for the processing of camp mats.
3. Cannot handle inflatable camp or automatic camp.
4. The user needs to pick up the tent/canopy within two weeks after receiving our contact. If the user fails to pick up on time, we will charge a storage fee of $10 per item per day.
5. Shanwen has the right to formulate or modify individual terms and conditions or issue additional guidelines. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
