Seam Grip FC is a fast-curing, water-based tent seam sealer. Previously known as Seam Sure, this waterproofing sealant comes in a 2 fl oz bottle and seals up to 60 ft of seams or fabric. The liquid formula is perfect for family-sized tents, tarps and pop-ups made of nylon. Just apply a thin film to the inside seams and allow to dry to a clear, flexible seal. Don’t let rain ruin an outdoor experience. Seal and waterproof tent seams in no time with Seam Sure FC and stop leaks before they happen. 


Characteristics

  • Waterproof – Provides a water-tight seal that won’t peel or crack over time, keeping adventurers warm and dry
  • Flexible – Dries to a clear sealant that flexes with fabric and stays intact without flaking off 
  • All-purpose – Seals nylon, polyester, vinyl, canvas and other outdoor fabrics
How to Use?
  • Shake well before use, gently rub off the old coating with a sponge, and add isopropanone to speed up the removal.
  • Do not damage the fabric. Use the sponge brush that comes with the tank to apply a thin layer on the surface to be treated. Do not apply it in lumps, but spread it evenly. 
  • Leave it for 24 hours to dry. You can sprinkle talcum powder on the surface to prevent the surfaces from sticking to each other. Make sure the surface is dry before folding, and store the tent in a dry environment. 
Precautions
  • Do not drink this product. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth and inhalation of this water repellent when using. 
  • Please close the bottle cap tightly and store in a cool and dry place out of reach of children. It can effectively restore the waterproofness of various outdoor equipment, such as fly tents, boat covers, rain shelters, storage bags and leggings, etc. 
  • It can also add a new waterproof layer to the surface of new equipment, and one bottle can cover an area of ​​85 square feet.
